Samsung is equipped with one interactive directory to guide employees and visitors within the showroom of its headquarters and to show the features of the ViaDirect Building software. Samsung’s aim is to show visitors, customers, and prospects the benefits of the digitalization of information.
L’AVENUE 83
Managed by Altarea Cogedim, the new mall ‘L’avenue 83’ chose the ViaDirect interactive solution by installing 4 double-screen kiosks for the information, wayfinding, and loyalty-CRM of the stores and mall.
After installing ‘Carré de Soie’, ‘Espace Gramont’, ‘Okabé’, ‘Qwartz’ and ‘Cap 3000’ malls, Altarea Cogedim, creator and manager of shopping centers, chooses the ViaDirect digital full-service.
VILLAGIO
Elan Decaux, a joint-venture between JCDecaux and Qatar’s media market leader Elan, equips its directional furniture of the “Villaggio” shopping mall in Doha with the ViaDirect multitouch wayfinding software.
Elan Decaux is in charge of the advertising concession in Villaggio, one of the most frequented shopping malls in Qatar. This company installed the ViaDirect 3D wayfinding software in the multitouch screens of the 5 digital directories.
ROTHSCHILD FOUNDATION HOSPITAL
Since the 22 hospitals of the AP-HP (public hospitals of the city of Paris), ViaDirect has improved its software for healthcare facilities. Calendaring, prescription scan, and search patients are key features that the Rothschild Ophthalmologic Foundation in Paris benefits, coming from the ViaDirect wayfinding software.
AVENUE SOUTHWEST
After equipping the ‘Erevan Plaza’, ‘RIO Leninsky’ and ‘City Plaza’ shopping malls, ViaDirect installs its wayfinding solution once again in Russia with 8 interactive directories in ‘Avenue SouthWest’.
VAL D’EUROPE
The Val d’Europe shopping mall has chosen ViaDirect to install 10 interactive kiosks to guide and inform visitor
LEROY MERLIN NANTES
The ‘Leroy Merlin’ store in Nantes chooses the ViaDirect interactive wayfinding solution and installs 3 digital kiosks.
After installing ‘Leroy Merlin’ in Ivry-sur-Seine (Paris), ViaDirect was selected for the second time by the French DIY chain to equip its store in Nantes.
AL WAHDA MALL
Al Wahda Mall, one of the biggest shopping malls in the United Arab Emirates, has chosen ViaDirect software and installed 2 interactive kiosks. This installation has been undertaken by our local partner United Security Technology LLC.
After shopping malls in Qatar, in China, and in Russia, ViaDirect shows once again its worldwide implementation thanks to its first deployment in the United Arab Emirates, shortly followed by installation in Mexico City as well as the Netherlands.
PARKWAY PARADE
In collaboration with its Singaporean partner Ascenstar, ViaDirect has completed its first installation in the city-state equipping Parkway Parade (shopping mall)-.
ViaDirect, expert on 3D wayfinding and interactive information solutions, has been internationalizing its activity since 2014 opening up offices in Taiwan, Turkey, Mexico, Brazil and United Arabic States. A first Singaporean installation, done in Parkway Parade, strengthens further the international presence of ViaDirect who already has projects in Europe, the Middle-East, and Latin America.
ANTEA
13 interactive kiosks have been installed in ‘Antea’ mall (Mexico), the second-biggest shopping center in Latin America. Owned by the Mexican group Sordo Madaleno, the mall has over 300 shops and restaurants.
