AMK Hub, located in the heart of Ang Mo Kio in Singapore, has been equipped with ViaDirect’s digital wayfinding solution since 2019. This long-standing installation continues to support thousands of daily visitors and demonstrates the durability and reliability of our technology.
Implemented in partnership with our local integrator Ascenstar, this project strengthened our presence in Singapore following our earlier deployment at NEX. It also marked our second collaboration with Mercatus Co-operative Limited.
A Dynamic Shopping Hub Serving the AMK Community
Just minutes from downtown Singapore, at the junction of Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3 and 8, AMK Hub defines itself as a destination built for everyone. Opened in 2007, the shopping center offers nearly 200 shops and restaurants across 48,000 m² distributed over 4 floors and 3 basement levels, including one dedicated to parking.
A ViaDirect Solution That Has Proven Its Value Over Time
The installation deployed in 2019 introduced 10 vertical interactive wayfinding totems, each equipped with a 55’’ portrait touchscreen. Over the years, these kiosks have consistently delivered intuitive navigation, fast search capabilities, and seamless routing within the mall.
Designed for longevity, the ViaDirect–Ascenstar solution continues to provide up-to-date services and a smooth visitor experience, with features that remain fully relevant today.
