Can content be synchronized with the destination API from my website?

Yes, once integrated with your CMS, updates will be fluid, automatic, and synchronized. Focus on other tasks while we handle the synchronization.

How can I retrieve usage statistics?

ViaDirect solutions can be connected to Google Analytics, providing detailed usage statistics. You will receive a monthly audience report automatically.

What do I need to prepare to operate the kiosks?

Interactive kiosks require an electric and network connection (24/7) at each installation point. Your project manager will guide you through the process.

What if my internet connection is unstable, can the software still work properly?

ViaDirect software works fine during temporary network outages, but a connection is needed for updates, remote access, and some connected features.

What does the maintenance service include?

Maintenance includes software hosting, content updates, hardware support, and preventive security actions to ensure optimal performance.

Can users start their search on the kiosk and continue with the mobile solution as they move?

Yes, users can begin their search on the kiosk and continue on their mobile by scanning a QR code to transfer the route.

Do you offer financing plans for kiosks?

Yes, ViaDirect kiosks are available for purchase or leasing. Contact our sales team to discuss the best option for your needs.

Can ViaDirect Mobile users geolocate themselves?

If geolocation is enabled on the phone, users will see their location on the map as a blue dot. They can also manually declare their position.

In what form and timeframe will my order be delivered?

You’ll receive a printable QR code by email, along with a maintenance guide, about 30 days after we validate your content.

How do I integrate ViaDirect Mobile into my mobile app?

This is a separate product, but the map remains the same. Your agency can easily integrate it for iOS or Android. Contact our sales team for more info.

The 4G reception is weak in some areas of my venue. Is that a problem for ViaDirect Mobile?

We recommend promoting the mobile solution in areas with strong 4G/GPS reception or encouraging the use of free Wi-Fi for better performance.

Can I pay my ViaDirect Mobile subscription annually instead of monthly?

Yes, you can pay annually. Please contact your sales representative for more details.

ViaDirect Web

What is the technical solution for integrating ViaDirect Web into my website?

We provide your web agency with a URL to embed the map via an iFrame, which will be responsive and work across all devices.

What features are available in ViaDirect Web?

Users can interact with the map, view store details, search for locations, and plot routes, including accessible (PRM) options.

If I already have a ViaDirect product (kiosk or mobile), do I need to make the same changes for the web map?

No, all changes to your map are synchronized across all platforms (kiosks, mobile, and web). One change updates everything.
