ViaDirect is pleased to finalize a new project with Carmila for a complete installation of 6 kiosks in the Cité Europe shopping center located in Coquelles (near Calais) in France.
Cité Europe is based in the Pas-de-Calais department, near the Eurotunnel terminal and the A163 freeway, and is the largest shopping center in the Hauts-de-France region. The shopping center has 130 stores, mixing French and international brands. You can find many clothing, beauty and accessory stores, but also restaurants and fast food outlets. Other leisure activities are also offered in this complex, such as a cinema, the Carrefour hypermarket, a playground containing bowling, billiards, and arcade games.
Maintenance :
The benefits retained by Carmila also rely on the expertise of ViaDirect about maintenance: guarantee of incident management to H+2 and the resolution at J+1 of most incidents thanks to real-time monitoring of the state of all equipment.
