In France, Avant Cap integrates ViaDirect digital wayfinding kiosks to orientate its visitors.
The Avant Cap shopping mall is located in Plan-de-Campagne in the Bouches-du-Rhône region of southern France. Located in an open-air shopping mall, it welcomes many visitors who need to be oriented.

Avant Cap offers a wide variety of products and services, ranging from clothing and footwear to beauty products, electronics, toys, sporting goods and furniture. The shopping center is also known for its major retailers such as H&M, Zara, Primark, Mango, Leroy Merlin and Decathlon. It has around 115 shops, all of which are listed in the ViaDirect wayfinding software. As a family gathering place, Avant Cap also has playgrounds, restaurants and free parking to facilitate access for all.
In this continuity, the shopping mall has invested in ViaDirect digital wayfinding kiosks in order to improve traffic flow and increase the visibility of its commercial offer. It received 2 wayfinding kiosks taking the shape of the Gazelle model of ViaDirect with as a particularity a personalized reception box in order to adapt as well as possible to their environments.
ViaDirect advised the shopping center on the strategic location of the kiosks, manufactured them in a French factory, and developed the horizontal wayfinding software including the interactive 3D map as well as other multiple features allowing the visitors to enrich their satisfaction and the Avant Cap mall to increase its output by limiting its signage costs linked to the recurrent printing of supports.
