The Encuentro Oceania shopping center belongs to the Pulso Inmobiliario group. It is the new shopping center of Mexico City located in the Venustiano Carranza district, on Avenida del Penon and Oceania. At 5 minutes from Mexico City’s international airport, Benito Juárez, it is a popular destination for foreign tourists, but especially for Mexicans, as it is the only regional fashion mall in the area.
With 75,000m2 of commercial space, it offers a wide range of stores and products, with more than 200 brands available on site.
Among its stores, big names such as IKEA, 15 Cinemex rooms, numerous restaurant spaces and entertainment areas are anchored.
For their opening in 2021, the shopping center decided to install digital signage kiosks to optimize the experience of their customers, helping them to better orient themselves. To realize this project, they chose the ViaDirect solution.
On the 3 levels of the shopping center, we installed 14 wayfinding kiosks with dual screens, model Doado. This dual screen allows us to combine two functionalities. First, on the front screen, the ViaDirect orientation software allows visitors to easily find their way around thanks to an interactive 3D map representing all the levels of the site. The rear screen allows for its part, the display of continuous digital ads.
The software kiosk of Encuentra Oceania includes :
- Interactive 3D map of the 3 levels of the mall
- Real time display of offers and events in the mall
- Search by categories and alphabetical order in the 200 retail stores
- User interface in Spanish
- Simple searches of the essential services of the shopping center
