Espace Saint Quentin, a large shopping centre located in Montigny-les-Bretonneux in the Île de France region, is innovating its premises.
Comprising a 180,000m² area, with around 130 fashion, health, beauty and restaurant chains, the shopping centre has attractive brands such as Carrefour, H&M, Father and Sons, IZAC, Starbucks, Burger King and many more…
With a view to renovating this shopping village, which includes the covered gallery but also a car park and a pedestrian street, the property company Altarea has provided the necessary budget to modernise the floors, ceilings and aisles of the centre.
To do this, the Saint Quentin space has once again trusted ViaDirect to optimise its digital orientation kiosks.
The shopping centre was already equipped with 6 ViaDirect digital wayfinding kiosks since 2014. Kiosks has been designed by AKDV.B and ViaDirect provided the hardware and produced the kiosks.
This new project aimed to implement the latest version of the ViaDirect software as well as new functionalities while keeping the particular demands of the centre such as the possibility of using loyalty cards.
The orientation software for the terminals of the Saint Quentin space contains :
- Real-time orientation in a 3D environment with a view on several floors.
- Multitouch map of the shopping centre
- Display of offers and news
- Connection to a web service for loyalty card data
- Animated user interface
- Visiogloble map integration
- Interface in English and French
The shopping centre’s customers can thus find their way around in a modern and optimised environment, promoting a strong customer experience.
