In total, there are approximately 120 brands grouped together in the same area thanks to the collaboration of the two municipalities. The shopping centre is the largest complex in the Grenoble area and is planning further renovation and expansion for 2023.

The French shopping centre, owned by Klépierre Foncière, worked with ViaDirect as part of its modernisation project with the installation of 3 orientation terminals.

Klépierre, a major property company, has worked with ViaDirect many times in recent years, and indeed, ViaDirect projects can be seen within their complexes: Portet Mall, Markthal Mall, for example.

The Grand’Place centre receives around 30,000 visitors every day of the week, so the centres need easy-to-use orientation for its visitors.

3 digital orientation terminals, Gazelle model, were therefore installed in the shopping centre in order to facilitate the customers’ journeys, which include the ViaDirect orientation and information software, created specifically for the design and space of the shopping complex.

The ViaDirect orientation software for the Grand’Place centre includes …
