What is ViaDirect Mobile ?

Since 2022, ViaDirect has implemented a new orientation solution to improve your visitors’ navigation within your structure: ViaDirect Mobile

Our mobile plan is a simple and effective solution to help your visitors find their way directly from their smartphone.

This mobile solution comes in the form of QR codes to be placed in strategic locations on your premises to make them accessible to everyone. Your visitors will only have to scan the code on their phone to make their movements easier.

In just 3 steps, your visitors will arrive at their desired destination, without wasting any time. All they need to do is :

1. Scan the QR Code  
2. Choose a destination
3. Follow the indicated route

Features available on ViaDirect Mobile:

• Communication visuals: Allows you to display visuals, such as advertisements or event communications directly on the home page (which can redirect to the URL of your choice when clicked)

• GPS triangulation and blue dot: GPS triangulation, symbolized by a blue dot, makes it easy to find your way around the map, ensuring precise, guided localization. 

• From the kiosk to the smartphone: By displaying a route on the wayfinding kiosk, it is now possible to scan the generated QR code to follow the same route directly on your smartphone.

• Automatic map orientation: The map adjusts itself in the direction of the arrows to be followed, allowing you to visualize your route more intuitively.

• Data protection: At ViaDirect, we respect privacy. Total control by being able to deny access to self position without impacting ViaDirect Mobile’s performance.
