Jem, Singapore’s third-largest suburban shopping center, has teamed up with ViaDirect to elevate the visitor experience. Spanning 54,000 square meters across six floors and housing 250 retail units, navigating this expansive center was a true challenge. To address this, ViaDirect installed 5 interactive wayfinding kiosks and implemented the mobile solution.
Strategically placed throughout the center, these interactive kiosks, powered by ViaDirect’s intuitive software, provide real-time directions to shops, restaurants, and other amenities, helping shoppers to find what they are looking for, save time, and reduce stress.
In addition to the kiosks, the center introduced a mobile solution that allows visitors to access personalized navigation on their smartphones. By simply scanning a QR code, shoppers receive step-by-step directions, enhancing convenience during their visit.
