In the heart of Paris near Gare Saint Lazare, ViaDirect has installed one of its iconic wayfinding kiosks in the highly frequented Passage du Havre mall.

Dressed in front of the escalators that drive towards the second-floor shops, the ViaDirect Gazelle designed kiosk is helping visitors to find and reach their selected brand in the quickest fashion.

A typical mall in one of Paris busiest neighborhoods, the Passage du Havre links two highly frequented commercial areas: the one around Gare St Lazare train station, and the one, mostly pedestrian, leading to the famous Parisian department stores such as the Galeries Lafayette and the Printemps.

Central point of the quarter, the Passage du Havre is then visited and crossed by many Parisians and a huge crowd of international clientele.

Opened in 1997, refurbished in 2012, the Passage du Havre belongs to Eurocommercial Properties. Based in Amsterdam, the commercial retail company manages around 30 malls in France, Italy, Sweden, and Belgium.

Easily identifiable with its big letter I for Information, the ViaDirect designed Gazelle furniture hosts a 43’’ touch screen. With only a few gestures, the ViaDirect wayfinding software guides toward any of the 44 retail shops running on the mall two levels and 14 000 m2.
