In 2024, to further enhance the shopping experience, Parque Arboleda introduced ViaDirect’s mobile solution. Visitors can now access the center’s digital map directly from their smartphones without needing to download any apps. By simply scanning a QR code, users gain full access to the ViaDirect wayfinding system, with the ability to track their location in real-time via a blue GPS point.
