As a renowned luxury shopping destination and a favourite playground for fashionistas and socialites, the centre must maintain a level of excellence that meets the expectations of its visitors. As a result, during the year, the centre installed a digital wayfinding terminal for the benefit of its shoppers.
Thanks to ViaDirect, the Renaissance Aruba shopping centre has an interactive wayfinding terminal that allows its visitors to browse the centre by viewing the map, search for a specific route, or access key information and primary services. The technology was optimised to ensure that its customers had a great experience without wasting time searching for a sign.
Our team provided the orientation software with a 3D map and a dedicated interface, created specifically for this mall, with its simple and luxurious design. The kiosk also includes furniture supplied directly by ViaDirect. It is a Marina model furniture, with a horizontal format that is part of the company’s emblematic models.
To provide all the necessary functionality for this shopping centre, it was a long process to provide the complete wayfinding solution.
