Located in the bustling Serangoon area of north-east Singapore, the Nex shopping centre has been equipped with ViaDirect’s 3D wayfinding and information software suite.

The Nex shopping centre is managed by Singaporean commercial real estate agency Gold Ridge Ltd which has been a subsidiary of Mercatus Cooperative Ltd since 2012.

In addition to hundreds of shops and eateries, the Nex mall is home to a multiplex cinema, a public library and a special area for… dogs! It is the region’s social and recreational centre and features Isetan, Cold Storage 24 h, FairPrice Xtra 24 h, Sephora, Pandora, Swarovski, M.A.C, Origins and many more…

The 7-storey shopping centre is fully integrated with the Serangoon Bus Interchange and Serangoon Interchange Station, where the North East Line and the Circle Line cross.

With its atypical and entertainment-rich roof, the Nex mall is the largest shopping mall in the northeast region of Singapore, and therefore attracts many visitors.

As a result, nine horizontal interactive kiosks now guide shoppers through the seven-level mall at any time of the day.

The on-site project was developed in coordination with Ascenstar, our partner in Singapore since 2016.
