Mapletree Business City, a sprawling 270,000 square meter complex in Singapore, can be challenging to navigate. With its numerous office buildings, retail outlets, and recreational facilities, visitors often find themselves lost within the complex. To address this challenge, they partnered with ViaDirect to implement an innovative wayfinding solution.
To enhance the visitor experience, ViaDirect installed 12 interactive kiosks strategically placed throughout the campus. These user-friendly kiosks provide up-to-date information on events, amenities, and transportation options, tailored directions to specific locations within the complex and clear and easy-to-understand maps of the entire district.
This project further strengthens the partnership between ViaDirect and Ascenstar, a key player in Singapore’s digital signage landscape. The two companies collaborated to ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of the wayfinding solution, providing 24/7 support.
ViaDirect’s expertise in digital wayfinding is evident in its successful projects in Singapore since 2016, including the Singapore Post Center, NIE University, Alexandra Retail Center, and Parkway Parade.
