A Strategic Location in One of Paris’s Busiest Districts

Passage du Havre sits between two major retail hubs. On one side, it connects to Gare Saint-Lazare. On the other, it leads to Galeries Lafayette and Printemps.

As a result, the mall benefits from a constant flow of both local shoppers and international visitors.

Originally opened in 1997 and renovated in 2012, the center is owned by Eurocommercial Properties, an Amsterdam-based company managing nearly 30 shopping destinations across Europe.

An Elegant and Functional Installation at Passage du Havre

To maximize visibility, we installed the ViaDirect Gazelle kiosk near the escalators leading to the second floor.

Its sleek design and illuminated “i” signage make it easy to spot. At the same time, the 43’’ multitouch screen ensures a smooth and intuitive experience.

With just a few taps, visitors can locate any of the 44 stores across the mall’s two levels and 14,000 m².

A Complete Digital Wayfinding Experience

Powered by ViaDirect’s advanced software, the kiosk provides a full set of features designed to simplify navigation:

  • Search by store name or alphabetical order
  • Search by category (fashion, beauty, food, health, and more)
  • Step-by-step directions to any destination
  • Accessible routes for people with reduced mobility (PRM)
  • Information on available services
  • Displays of promotions and special offers
  • Nearby public transportation information
  • Interface available in French and English

As a result, visitors can move through the mall quickly and with confidence.
