Covéa, a leading insurance group in France, has embraced digital innovation to transform its Paris headquarters into a smarter, more efficient workspace. In April 2015, the 7 renovated buildings of the Tivoli complex welcomed 800 people in 20,000 square meters. To enhance the visitor experience, Covéa partnered with ViaDirect to install 39 interactive wayfinding kiosks strategically placed throughout the campus.
These cutting-edge kiosks, featuring 48″ and 22″ screens, are located in key areas such as lift landings, receptions, and corridors. They offer a range of services:
- Seamless Wayfinding: Guides employees to meeting rooms, offices, and other facilities.
- Real-time Information: Provides up-to-date information on events, services, and company news.
- Centralized Management: Allows for efficient updates and maintenance of information across all kiosks.
- Accessibility: Designed to be accessible to all employees, including those with disabilities.
- Integrated Services: Connects to information systems for meeting room bookings, catering services, concierge assistance, and transportation options.
- Multi-Channel Access: Offers information and services through kiosks, web portals, and mobile devices.
- Dynamic Signage: Displays targeted information, such as event announcements and floor plans, to specific audiences.
ViaDirect designed custom kiosks to seamlessly integrate with Covéa’s elegant architecture. The kiosks, crafted from brushed stainless steel and Quebec oak, are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. To elevate the experience in premium areas, such as the “President’s zone” and the main reception area, ViaDirect created exclusive kiosks with a polished brass finish.
