The Atlantis shopping center offers its customers the multi-device wayfinding solution created by ViaDirect
Atlantis le Centre is a 43,000 m2 shopping mall located in Saint-Herblain, near Nantes. It is one of the largest shopping centers in the Grand Ouest.
The shopping mall which is based around an E.Leclerc hypermarket and an Ikea furniture shop. It offers 150 brands including 35 restaurants as well as a multiplex cinema and an entertainment area for children.
Atlantis Shopping Centre is the perfect place to spend a day shopping and having fun with your family. In order to satisfy visitors of all ages, the shopping center had to improve its retail services and opted for ViaDirect solutions.
Its 15 million visitors per year benefit from an interactive wayfinding and information solution via strategically placed kiosks in the center, but also from a smartphone-based wayfinding solution, accessible wherever they are: ViaDirect Mobile.
ViaDirect provided the center with 7 orientation terminals with dedicated software and a personalized interface.
Atlantis is also one of the first French centers to have used the smartphone orientation solution, ViaDirect Mobile. It now has an interface with a 3D plan presenting all of its commercial spaces. Visitors to the center can thus easily get to their destination by following a route directly on their phone.
