To ensure seamless navigation, 10 interactive wayfinding kiosks were strategically placed throughout the airport. CPH chose ViaDirect’s popular Gazelle model, featuring a 43’’ touchscreen and a sleek design that complements the airport’s aesthetic. In areas with space constraints, the more compact Lémurien kiosk was utilized.

ViaDirect’s multilingual wayfinding software adapts to the specific needs of passengers based on their location. For instance, a kiosk in the arrivals area provides information on public transportation, while a kiosk in the departures zone assists with boarding pass scanning and gate directions.
