Located in Rosny-sous-Bois, in the Île-de-France region, the Domus shopping center has renewed its trust in ViaDirect after more than 8 years of collaboration. As a result, the mall has upgraded the design of its six digital wayfinding kiosks to further enhance the overall digital experience.

Back in 2015, under the management of Accessite, Domus selected six multi-screen digital wayfinding kiosks (ViaDirect Pelikan model). At the time, the objective was clear: help visitors easily navigate the mall while accessing essential information. As a result, these interactive terminals quickly became a key tool for improving orientation and overall visitor satisfaction.

Today, Domus takes a new step forward by updating the design and furniture of its kiosks while maintaining the same high-performance wayfinding software.

The Gazelle model: visibility, elegance, and modern design

The shopping center chose the iconic Gazelle model from ViaDirect’s furniture catalog to give its kiosks a more contemporary and refined look. Designed to blend seamlessly into modern retail environments, the Gazelle kiosk features:

  • A sleek and elegant structure
  • A transparent column enhanced with a luminous “i”, acting as a visible signage element
  • Excellent visibility from a distance, without compromising on aesthetics

This redesign strengthens the kiosks’ presence within the mall while reinforcing Domus’ commitment to innovation and customer comfort.
