The mall Domus located in Rosny-sous-Bois, in the Île-de-France region, has renewed a contract after 8 years with ViaDirect to modify the design of its six digital wayfinding kiosks to optimise the digitalisation of the mall.
Opened in 1974, the shopping center is a large complex dedicated largely to shopping around the home (decoration, fittings, etc.).
The interactive kiosks provide a more pleasant and convenient shopping experience for visitors to the mall by guiding them to their desired destination while informing them about practical information.
In 2015, under the management of Accessite, the mall had opted for 6 multi-screen orientation terminals (ViaDirect Pelikan model) to satisfy its customers.
Recently, the shopping center decided to change the look of its kiosks by taking the famous model from our furniture catalog, the Gazelle. In order to give the furniture an even more modern look, the kiosk has a transparent column with a luminous i. An additional signage element making the terminal visible from afar while remaining very elegant.
