Located in downtown Toulon, near the Mayol rugby stadium, the Neptune Convention Center, and Cours Lafayette, the Centre Mayol shopping mall welcomes 9.5 million visitors each year.
After discovering and appreciating the mobile map implemented at the Grand Littoral shopping mall, the management of Centre Mayol decided to adopt the same digital solution within its premises to enhance the visitor experience. The goal: to offer a modern and innovative solution to better guide visitors along their journey.
The mobile map at Centre Mayol, a service accessible to all
Visitors can now stroll through the 104 shops and take a meal break at one of the 11 restaurants in the center, following personalized itineraries available on the mobile map. To access it, they simply need to scan a QR code and enter the store or product they’re looking for to get the quickest and easiest itinerary.
Searching for specific points of interest is made easier thanks to features such as store lists organized alphabetically and by category. The mobile map is also adapted for people with reduced mobility. By activating the reduced mobility (PRM) button integrated into the mobile map, these visitors can access a shorter, obstacle-free route that includes the use of the elevator.
This collaboration allows Centre Mayol to offer its visitors an efficient and seamless journey throughout its 46,000 m².
