As part of its digital transformation strategy, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) continues to invest in innovative technologies that enhance the visitor experience. As a result, ViaDirect has installed four custom VDMapWall interactive kiosks throughout Les 4 Temps. Each kiosk is equipped with a dedicated 10-inch tablet controller, making navigation simple and intuitive.

Simple and intuitive digital wayfinding

Thanks to the ViaDirect VDMapWall solution, visitors can easily consult an interactive map of the centre. They can quickly locate stores, restaurants, services, and amenities.

Moreover, the dual-screen design allows visitors to view the interactive floor plan and the complete store directory at the same time. This provides a smoother and more efficient search experience.

Fully customised to URW’s brand standards

Each kiosk is custom-designed to reflect URW’s visual identity, with a bespoke finish approved through a dedicated BAT process. The totems integrate seamlessly into the centre’s environment while remaining clearly identifiable as wayfinding touchpoints for visitors.

Remote management via the VDBox system ensures continuous uptime across all units, enabling the ViaDirect team to monitor, update, and maintain the kiosks without requiring on-site intervention for every change.
