Through the installation of multi-touch wayfinding kiosks, Covéa has revolutionized the way employees and visitors navigate the workplace—an innovative solution that is becoming increasingly popular among property and facility managers.

ViaDirect, with over 100 locations equipped and a strong focus on R&D, collaborated closely with Covéa to develop a solution tailored to the needs of modern office environments. The kiosks offer a seamless user experience that benefits both employees and visitors in the following ways:
- Wayfinding to Key Services: The kiosks help guide users to meeting rooms, cafeterias, concierge services, transportation options, and more.
- System Integration: Real-time data integration ensures the kiosks display accurate information, such as room availability, catering schedules, and transportation updates.
- Multi-Channel Services: The same services are accessible through kiosks, web platforms, and smartphones, offering centralized management for convenience and efficiency.

Strategic Placement and Custom Design
In April 2015, Covéa’s renovated Tivoli complex, covering 20,000 m² across seven buildings, welcomed 800 employees. To meet the demands of this large office space, 39 kiosks (Lémurien models with 48” and 22” screens) were installed in high-traffic areas such as elevator landings, reception desks, and hallways.
ViaDirect also provided custom kiosks that are accessible to people with reduced mobility. These sleek kiosks are made from brushed stainless steel and Quebec oak, combining functionality with modern design. Integrated LEDs enhance visibility while seamlessly complementing the office décor.

Tailored for Prestige Areas
For more prestigious zones within the headquarters, such as the “President” zone and the reception area at the top of the grand staircase, an exclusive, handcrafted polished brass version of the kiosks was designed, providing both elegance and functionality.
