SingPost Mall was designed to integrate shopping, logistics, and digital convenience. Long before omnichannel became a global priority, the mall already allowed visitors to shop in store, order through mobile, arrange home delivery, and continue exploring hands free.
Today, with 5,000 m² of retail space, five floors, a cineplex, and a complete range of services including a post office and multiple dining options, intuitive navigation remains essential to delivering a smooth and enjoyable visit.
Interactive Kiosks Built for Modern Visitor Expectations
ViaDirect’s interactive vertical kiosks continue to play a central role in the mall’s experience. They offer a 3D interactive map of all five levels, allowing visitors to explore the entire mall easily.
Visitors can view step by step itineraries, including routes fully optimized for people with reduced mobility. Also:
- They can search for shops by name, category, or floor.
- Promotions and events appear in real time through dynamic content.
- Visitors can instantly transfer personalized itineraries to their mobile devices with a quick QR code scan.
- Local weather information helps them plan their day.
- The interface is fully available in English.
These tools ensure that visitors, whether first time or returning, can orient themselves quickly and move confidently through the space.

The project was delivered in collaboration with Ascenstar, ViaDirect’s long standing partner in the Singapore market. SingPost is part of a broader portfolio of successful deployments in Singapore, including the AMK Hub shopping mall, which has been equipped with ViaDirect’s digital wayfinding solution since 2019.
