Futuroscope, one of France’s most iconic theme parks, welcomes nearly 2 million visitors each year. Known for its innovative and technology-driven attractions, the park’s growing popularity highlighted the need for an efficient and scalable digital wayfinding solution.

To address this challenge, Futuroscope partnered with ViaDirect to implement a state-of-the-art digital wayfinding system. The goal: simplify navigation, enhance the visitor experience, and optimize crowd flow management across the park.

A comprehensive digital solution to guide visitors

The deployed solution combines interactive kiosks and digital signage, providing real-time information, interactive maps, and personalized routes.

Thanks to this system, visitors can easily find their way throughout the park, access show schedules, and check attraction waiting times.

A large-scale deployment tailored to the environment

The project included the installation of 32 digital devices, designed to cover both outdoor and indoor areas:

• 26 outdoor kiosks, including:
  • 17 vertical digital totems with 49” screens displaying attractions and waiting times.
  • 6 digital park maps on 85” screens, complemented by 49” displays showing event information.
  • 2 i-Self orientation tables with 47” touchscreen displays.
  • 1 custom digital triptych featuring a central 85” screen and two 49” side screens.
• 6 indoor Futuro Map kiosks, located داخل park buildings to ensure a seamless experience.

This deployment ensures consistent and comprehensive coverage throughout the visitor journey.
